Description
A good PHP/MySql example is a site I recently built for a photographer friend of mine (http://www.ashley-photographic.co.uk). The site features a management system allowing Ashley to add and remove pictures and categories. He can also amend other aspects of the site – mainly prices and licence details for downloads. The site is still very much in the testing phase and will probably remain an ongoing project. Several bugs have appeared and have been fixed and there have also been some changes to navigation and appearance. I didn't design the 'look and feel' of the site - Ashley provided me with all the designs and navigation.

Technical
I advised Ashley on a hosting solution and the site currently uses co-located Linux hosting – very reliable and very cost effective. I built the site using PHP with MySQL as the database backend. I used Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash to write the code and build the various graphics and animations.
