Description
A similar project to the motors parser, the jobs are output from The News Futureproof advertising system in XML format. This XML is then converted into the pipe delimited format required by Newmedia in Peterborough for the www.jobstoday.co.uk web site.

Technical
A much easier project than the motors parser, the jobs required no database matching or conversion - each record was read in and then output in the required pipe delimited format. The only required field in the delimited output was a job category - this was needed to match up with a predefined search list on the web site. We simply added this category to the advertising system at the inputting stage.
